Product Information

Here’s a dime that is not just a error, but also includes a variety as well, graded by one of the three well known third party grading service company. ANACS has this one with a final grade of detail MS-60, 1941 S – Large S, FS-511, Partial Collar with counting wheel damage, rarely would one see a coin that have both attribution. Counting wheel damage are scare on early type coins, I had a difficult time distinguishing where the actual damage was located, after photo enlargement I saw that it is on the reverse side with 2 small tick marks under the ‘A’ in AMERICA, along with half circular scuff mark at the high point of the fasces and along the field near E Pluribus Unum.
